Attorneys Patti Cotten and Erin Williams will lead a 1 hour webinar on Stark Law Compliance followed by a Q&A session. All practices that bill for ancillary services must have a plan in place addressing distribution of profits by year end. This forum will address what is needed for compliance and tips for best practice protocol. Physicians must understand this law, how it effects self-referrals and compensation, as well as penalties for non-compliance. 


This event is for KAM, Blount County Medical Society, Roane/Anderson County Medical Society, and Monroe County Medical Society and members of TMA.
